Place of Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Canada, including all provinces and territories.
Shipments to remote or rural areas, as well as P.O. boxes, are supported through eligible carriers.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all Canadian orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Remote regions such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may take longer.

Please note that weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend delivery times.


Shipping Partners

We work with reliable Canadian carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date at info@anna-dave.ca
Our support team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly, we can reship it upon request.
Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable GST/HST/PST, depending on your province.
No import duties apply to domestic Canadian orders.
