📝 Return & Refund Policy – ANNA&DAVE (Canada)
At ANNA&DAVE, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
1) Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in the original packaging.
A receipt or order confirmation is required.
2) How to Start a Return
Email info@anna-dave.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and the Canadian return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable service and share the tracking link with us.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
3) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.

4) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If there’s an issue, email info@anna-dave.ca promptly with photos so we can make it right — either through a replacement or a refund.
6) Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personalized or custom-made products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear) once opened or used

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards and final sale/clearance items (as marked at checkout)
For hygiene and safety, any item that has been opened, used, or cannot be sanitized is not eligible for return.
7) Used or Damaged Returns
If returned items are used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging, the refund may be reduced to reflect the item’s diminished value.
8) Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order.
We’ll refund the original order once processed.
9) Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can reship it upon request; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
10) Taxes
All orders within Canada include applicable GST/HST/PST depending on your province.
If a refund is approved, the tax portion will be refunded along with the product price.
